These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase goods from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this website.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the website and the goods are provided. Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the website. You should check the terms and conditions posted on the website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.

This part sets out some terms about information on the website, descriptions of goods and how you use the website.
Separate notices and disclaimers apply to your use of the website. By placing your order with us, you are implicitly accepting these terms and conditions and also agree to the notices and disclaimers.

We try to make sure that all information on the website, including descriptions of our goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we believe that such an error has affected your purchase of goods we will try to let you know. As we take these steps to ensure accuracy we will not be liable to you for any accidental errors on the website.


Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card or using Klarna buy now, pay later option is required before dispatch of goods. 
Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form. 
Goods supplied by Nico Rua to customers remain the property of the Company, until paid for in full by the customer.


Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company and to availability of the goods, and will be invoiced at prices set out in our website at the time of purchase.
All of our prices are listed in Pounds Sterling, United States Dollars or Euros depending on your location, and you will be invoiced in the currency according to your billing address.
If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card.
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes (these would be supplied directly from us), which may apply to any, or certain, specified items on the website. Such codes may only be applied to purchases of full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or discounts.

All mainland UK deliveries will be made via Royal Mail
Royal Mail Tracked deliveries for orders placed before 2pm are dispatched on the same day for next day delivery.

Orders placed after 2pm are despatched on the next business day.
Standard UK deliveries will take 3-5 business days and may require a signature.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be despatched on the following Monday morning.
You can track your order using the Royal Mail website, and you will receive your tracking number via email when we confirm despatch of your item https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
We will deliver the goods ordered to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that someone is there to sign for and take delivery of, the goods.
Deliveries will be made between 9-5 Monday – Friday.
In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order, please email info@nicorua.co.uk We aim to get back to you within 24 hours. During our busy periods, the response time might increase slightly, so please allow up to 48 hours for us to get back to you. Our office hours are 9am-5pm GMT Monday to Friday.



We have extended our returns period to January 31st to give you more time to send orders back, including Sale items.

We will refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided  we are notified of your intention to return them to us by requesting a returns form within 14 days of receiving your order.

You must then return your items to us with your returns form & in unworn, undamaged and saleable condition within the next 14 Days in the original packaging. You can request a returns form by emailing our customer care department at info@nicorua.co.uk

All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5 working days. Once your order has been refunded, you will receive a notification email.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time; please return the unwanted item as above and reorder the replacement on our website as a new order. Postage costs will be refunded on faulty items only. 
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings unless received faulty.

Post items, proof of purchase & a copy of the returns form via recorded delivery to the below address. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return:

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy but we will issue a credit code for use against future orders. This will be valid for 6 months from date of issue. Items purchased using a credit note are non refundable and will only be reimbursed by issuing another credit note but if the amount of your order is more than the value of the credit note, the difference will be refunded to the original method of payment provided it is returned within  the terms of our returns policy.


In the rare and unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us on info@nicorua.co.uk to obtain a free postage label.
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your item for a full refund. If items are returned after 30 days, we will repair or replace the item. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Postage/shipping costs will be refunded on any faulty goods.
Where possible, items will be replaced on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and depending on stock availability.


All goods sold by Nico Rua Limited meet statutory requirements. However, Nico Rua Limited cannot accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to further processing or repackaging by the customer.
Please note that items may be hand-crafted from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from the image shown, in particular natural gemstones which can have slight inclusions. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.


Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
Every effort has been made to illustrate colours accurately but this is not always possible with digital reproduction on different web browsing platforms. Hence, there can be no guarantee that the true colour of the jewellery will be exactly as shown.


Nico Rua assumes no liability whatsoever for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. All content is subject to change without notice. Nico Rua Ltd expressly reserves the right to modify, supplement or delete parts or the entire content of this site, without prior advance notice, or to suspend or terminate the site.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us before you receive your ‘Dispatch email’ at info@nicorua.co.uk quoting your Order Confirmation number.
Please note, that once your item has been dispatched we are unable to recall it and will no longer be able cancel it; in this case please see our Returns Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible and within 5 working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail or telephone of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged/defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our obligation to you will be either:
To make good any shortage or non-delivery; or
To replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or
To refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question in whatever way we decide.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as stated above.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or Royal Mail.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any personal injury resulting from our negligence.
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within the United Kingdom and therefore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation thereto.
These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions, or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us.
We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published on our website. From time to time our site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
We will not be in breach of this Agreement or otherwise liable for any delay in performance if to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

When to Enter and Who can Enter
2.1. The prize draw opens on Monday 16th March 2020 and closes at midnight on Wednesday 18th March 2020.
2.2. Entrants can enter at any point between these dates.
2.3. Entrants can only enter once, but can like, repost, comment as many times as they like.
2.4. The Competition is only open to people who are UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees and agents of Nico Rua Limited and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw are excluded from entering.
2.5. By entering this giveaway, you the participant agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.1. The prize for winning the giveaway will be 1 piece of jewellery form the Meadow Collection of the winner’s choice

3.2. The Prizes are as stated and they cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or services. Unless specifically agreed in writing by Nico Rua Limited, the Prize is not transferable and must be taken by the winner in person. If the winner is unable to take their prize within the stated period, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another winner chosen in the same manner. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
3.3. Winner Selection: At the end of the Promotion Period, all entrants will be entered into a prize draw. The winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries on Thursday 19th March 2020, and the participant contacted via Instagram or Facebook messages directly to provide the winner’s address, date of birth and phone number. The participant must respond within 3 days.
3.4. In the event that a winner or a substitute winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required, the winner or substitute winner shall forfeit their prize, and another winner will be picked and contacted.

4.3. Competition winners will be contacted by Nico Rua. You must provide accurate contact details on notification. On being contacted, winners may be asked to provide evidence that they are a UK resident.
4.4. Nico Rua reserves the right to use the image, photograph, name and likeness of the winners for publicity and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice to the winners. In entering the Prize Draw, all participants consent to such.

5.1. The Competition will be run and Prizes will be awarded at Nico Rua’s sole discretion. Nico Rua’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.3. 6.1.1. any postponement or cancellation of the Prize Draw;
6.1.2. any changes to, supply of or use of the Prize; and
6.1.3. any act or default of any supplier, which are beyond Nico Rua’s reasonable control.
6.2. Nico Rua does not accept responsibility for any liability arising from technical incompatibility, problems relating to the internet, or technical difficulties of any kind.
6.3. Nico Rua shall not be liable, whether in tort, contract, misrepresentation or otherwise for loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of use, loss or corruption of data or information, or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses.
6.4. You agree to indemnify Nico Rua against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from your agreement with Nico Rua.
7.1. The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
